Your Third Term assignment for your OTLP can be downloaded here. Note that your progress report is due on Wednesday, March 21, and that you must schedule a check-in with me at least two weeks before then!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please bring in your DO labs from last term. I need to make copies (anonymously) to use for Ms. Winston's graduate work. They will be returned.

 

Tuesday 1/24

For Tuesday, write a paragraph of feedback for me about the speakers in class Thursday, Sarvesh Gramila and Bridget Molloy.

Write a thank you note to Sarvesh and Bridget, and include at least one thing you found interesting in each of their presentations.

Read about diatoms, pages 122-131 in Karlskint, Turner and Small. Take notes on the summary. You are responsible for this information.

This week we will cover the material in chapter 7. Begin reading and familiarizing yourself with pages 136-139 in Karlskint, Turner and Small. Take notes.

 

Wednesday 1/25

Meet in computer lab in 433.

HAB project day. Before you begin your work, familiarize yourself with both the HAB porject grading rubric, and the Teamwork grading rubric. You will receive two grades for theis project, one in each category.

Viruses, Bacteria, and Algae OCA # 1 and #3 handed in to Ms. DR.
